The Langcomns are human-like aliens that are originally from another planet far away from Earth. Each have three abilities. The first one is the ability to feel what someone else feels. The second one is the ability to read other people's thoughts. The third one contains a unique ability that a Langcomn can only use when needed. This unique ability is what makes him or her special. Every Langcomn has a different unique ability.
The word "Langcomn" comes from two words: "Language" and "Communication."
The Langcomns' DNA was used by Professor Lucas to create Runa the Hedgehog.

Like with humans, each Langcomn has various personalities. Some are crazy and aggressive, some others are calm and wise, some others are chill, while others are playful and fun.

2. Anointed Chief Ceremony —> This is where they celebrate the coronation of the new chief.
3. The Journey's End —> This is how the Langcomns attend the funeral. After burying the Langcomn in the graveyard, they give gifts and letters for remembrance. As for the dead Langcomn's abilities, they gradually fade away during the funeral.
4. Family Festival —> This is the Langcomns' way of celebrating Christmas. They spend time with their families and give gifts to them and vice versa. The Langcomns can invite outsiders to participate, as long as they know them.
5. New Character Festival —> This is the Langcomns' way of celebrating New Year. In this festival, the Langcomns reflect themselves in what they have done this year. Then, when the clock strikes twelve, that's when they quietly pledge on how to improve themselves. The Langcomns are also required to stay in the chief's palace to celebrate. They dance, eat meals and converse with each other while staying up late at night. As the clock nears twelve midnight, all the Langcomns count down from ten to one. Then, when the clock strikes twelve, they don't shout "Happy New Year!" Instead, they just shout joyfully at the fact that it's the start of improving their character. After that, they celebrate for a few minutes before going back to their homes. The Langcomns can also invite outsiders to participate, as long as they know them.
6. Soulmates' Day —> This is the way Langcomns celebrate Valentine's Day. The Langcomn couples participate in the ceremony called "The Soulmates' Pledge." They write down their names in the Soulmate Book using a quill. Below their names, they write their pledges before putting the quill down and ending their ceremony with a kiss. Langcomns who are single and are still to young for a relationship can spend Soulmates' Day with friends while hearing stories about how the Langcomns breed and mate, and what happens if one Langcomn rejects the other.
7. Remembrance Day —> The Langcomns celebrate it twice a year. One on the same day as Halloween and another on the same day as All Saints' Day. In Remembrance Day, the Langcomns visit the graveyard to honor, and remember the fallen Langcomns — especially loved ones who passed away — and their ancestors. This holiday lasts from morning to night at home, but the graveyard visiting hours are from 1pm to 7pm. The Langcomns cannot eat in the graveyard, hence why its visiting hours are settled.
Birthday Events
The Langcomns' birthdays are only celebrated privately with families, unless certain Langcomns are invited.
Beliefs
The Langcomns don't believe in the same beliefs the religions believe. Instead, they believe in their own history and how they came to be on Earth. They also value friendships, family relationships, justice, and the safety of other Langcomns.
Art and Expressions
The Langcomns are free to express their creativity and art in various ways. Some can paint, some can draw, some can write in their journals and others open up to those they can trust.
In terms of communication, the Langcomns verbally interact with their American-accent. Their tone of voices vary, depending on their personalities. One example is Langua. Langua is aggressive, a good leader at heart and tends to jump to conclusions easily. As a result, her tone contains a raspy one, a shriek and sometimes a scream. Another example is Comono. Comono is caring, friendly, considerate analytical and secretive. As a result, his tone is similar to those of parental, theoretical and mature humans.
The Langcomns interact non-verbally like humans, but their special way of doing so is done by reading other's thoughts and minds, and feeling what others feel.
Appearance
The Langcomns have translucent, magenta skin. The shapes of their eyes depend on their personalities. The males have two tusk-like bug teeth in their lower lips, while the females do not. The biggest ones come from the male chiefs.
The Langcomns' clothing varies depending on their social status. Most Langcomns were wearing clothes made of leaves, leopard's skin and bamboo.
The male Langcomn citizens wear a jacket and shorts with traditional colors. They are made of wool. They also wear samurai-like helmets, made out of bamboo, with two leaves at its front center.
The male Langcomn chiefs wear the similar outfit as the citizens, except that the colors are black and that they are wearing a cape. Their helmets have five leaves at its front center.
The female Langcomn chiefs wear samurai-like helmets with three leaves on it. They wear a belly top made of a leopard's skin and a skirt made of leaves.
The female Langcomn citizens wear clothes made out of leaves and leopard's skin. Their helmets have one leaf at its front center.
Weaponry
The Langcomns' weapon is their spear-like weapon with a glowing magenta gem ontop of it. This gem serves as the weapons power source. It can be used to send lightning attacks towards their enemies, electrocute them when touched and unlock and lock doors in the Langcomn Village. The handle is made of bamboo.
Homes
The Langcomns' original home is the magenta planet far away from Earth. Buried underground is the glowing, magenta orb, used as a power source for their abilities.
After the magenta planet is destroyed by the black hole, thr Langcomns settle down in a transport that can take them to another habitable planet. It's a huge, silver spaceship created by their ancestors. The Langcomns' ancestors had a vision of their planet being destroyed by the black hole, so they built a huge spaceship for everyone on the planet to live in and evacuate. The spaceship is powered by the magenta orb.
Eventually, after the Langcomns found Earth to settle down as a habitable planet, they build a village for themselves to live in. The village contains huts with multiple shades of brown on it, and large buildings that's shaped like castles and towers. The biggest building is the chief's house. It's where the chief and his family lives. The orb is kept hidden by the chief himself.
Breeding/Mating
Before discovering who their soulmates are, the Langcomns feel strange feelings, to which they cannot explain. Soon, they discover that they're feeling what someone else feels without intending to do so. Eventually, the Langcomns discover that their soulmates are the ones they're feeling with without intending to do so. This is most notably discovered after the Langcomns meet their soulmates and get to know them.
After finding their soulmates, the Langcomns date each other. Then, they get married eventually and have a family. If one Langcomn is rejected by a soulmate they're feeling with, they will break down emotionally and mentally. It starts subtly. After a few minutes, the Langcomn's heart becomes painful. The more time passes, the more painful the Langcomn is feeling. Eventually, after a few months, the Langcomn will die of a broken heart. The Langcomn's response to rejection can only be prevented when his or her soulmate kisses her or him with true love.
Most start experiencing atrange feelings at the beginning of their puberty stage, but there are rare cases where they start experiencing it in the middle of their puberty stage, during adulthood or late adulthood. The most notable example is Runa the Hedgehog. Because Runa is a Hedgehog-Langcomn hybrid, her growing process is no different than the Langcomns. She starts experiencing strange feelings during late adulthood. Soon, she discovers that she's feeling what someone else feels without intending to do so. Runa doesn't know at first, but eventually, she finds her soulmate through Shadow the Hedgehog.
History
Over a thousand years ago, the Langcomns used to live on a magenta planet, far away from Earth. Buried underground was a glowing magenta orb. With the orb, the Langcomns understood each other with their abilities to read thoughts and minds, feel what others feel and master their unique abilities.
One day, something tragic happened.
The black hole was approaching the magenta planet. The Langcomns evacuated to the large silver spaceship, built by their ancestors. They brought the orb, food and water inside. As the spaceship took off, the black hole destroyed the magenta planet.
Since then, the Langcomns worked together to find a habitable planet to stay in.
Eventually, the Langcomns settled in a part of the jungle on the planet Earth, where they allowed themselves to make food from edible plants surrounding it. They made the jungle their home.
The Langcomns spent many years building their homes. This resulted in building the "Langcomn Village." At the same time, few Langcomns destroyed the orb and used its shards to to forge into a sacred artifact, to which the chief named it "The Amulet of Communication." The Langcomns made a promise to protect the Amulet of Communication from the wrong hands. They've been keeping that promise for years.
Until one day...
During Langua's reign as chief of the Langcomns, Professor Lucas visited the Langcomn Village from another land on Earth and asked for the Amulet of Communication and one of the Langcomns' DNA. Langua got so mad she ran off to her own bedroom. This left Comono, Langua's Advisor, in charge of the situation.
When Comono asked Professor Lucas why he needed the Amulet of Communication and one of the Langcomns' DNA, he answered that it's because having it is the one thing to complete his experiment. A special experiment in which she has the same common powers as the Langcomns.
According to Professor Lucas, there was someone currently asleep in an unknown location. Rumor had said that once this person is awakened, he will bring total destruction to the world, but he didn't believe that. That's why he's in the process of creating an experiment that could help him discover who that person really is. She'll also keep this person company once the discovery is done, then, she'll help everyone see the goodness left inside of him. All including himself. In public, they will know that she is created to help those who cannot defend the world on their own, so that things would not get conflicted and unbalanced once he finished completing his experiment.
To not get themselves in trouble, the Langcomns resolved this situation by forging the replica of the real Amulet of Communication. They also got the DNA from one of the Langcomns.
Once they finished, the Langcomns gave the replica to Professor Lucas. Then, Professor Lucas bid farewell to the Langcomns and walked away.
After Professor Lucas left, Comono went to Langua's bedroom. There, he tried to comfort Langua by telling her what had happened earlier, but she ignored them.
Eventually, someone stole the Amulet of Communication. Langua yearned to get it back, so she and the other selected Langcomns went out on a mission to search for it and the culprit.
Soon, after Runa the Hedgehog defeated Arrogan the Lion, Langua let the former use the real Amulet of Communication because its replica, used by Runa was broken. Since then, the Langcomns lived peacefully in the Langcomn Village, with Langua as their chief and Comono as her advisor.
